Wreck

 

"Oh, crap."

The horror in Lyle's voice made Ryan run up the hill.

What he saw made him echo the Lieutenant's words.

The train was lying on its side, almost all of its cars off the rails and pointing different directions, some crumpled badly. The riders and crew that had managed to get out were wandering around, dazed.

That was bad enough, and had Ryan on the radio to call for emergency services as Ditzy ran down the hill, but the real killer – figuratively or literally – was the body of the Spinosaurus that had the engine embedded in its side.
